    Apparently, this company still has not learned. FPI management located in California replaced RPM management after February 13, 2024 (resulting in the takeover of Tides on North Collins in Arlington, TX 76006). Since then, no communication, text, email or information (not every resident received the information) on their door of actual takeover. Those were Informed by word of mouth. After takeover the residents were without hot water from February 29 – March 08, 2024 (had to boil water or go elsewhere to take a shower or bath* entire apartment complex affected) and then no trash pickup from March 07, until present day (entire apartment complex affected). Racoons, rodents, and insects, etc. having a field day with the trash. Can’t contact the office (817-261-4441) because phone is disconnected, still no email or text access. The management in office closed for 3 days straight in the middle of March 2024 (no notice). Residents abandoned, but still being charged for these services (from Conservice – water and trash) which we didn’t receive and still not receiving. Apartment office now open, phone still disconnected, no email or text access, but can speak to a human in person. Whoever Hannah West is ( who took over the apartment complex you can’t contact her and if you call #916-357-5300, your call is sent to a recording.
